Smaller weight increments are possible by selecting different weights on both sides of the dumbbell. This leads to a positive training effect by strengthening the underarm and wrist through the imbalance in the dumbbell.
Weights not being used stay in the changing tray, that means the width changes with the weight.

Taurus Selectabell: 5+ pairs of dumbbells in one

The Taurus Selectabell is a special dumbbell: it combines several pairs of dumbbells in one – the weights can be adjusted easily, thanks to a clever mechanism. Each Selectabell is delivered in a matching rack. To adjust the weight, just pull out the adjustment pin and let it click into place again at the desired weight. The remaining weight plates are safely stowed in the cradle.

When the dumbbell is put back, the weight can be changed quickly. So you can workout easily and conveniently with several weight changes. The Taurus Selectabell offers weight gradations from 4.5 kilograms: 4.5 | 9 | 13.5 | 18 and 22.5 kg. Finer gradations can also be achieved by putting different weights on each end. As a result, the dumbbell gets a little out of balance. However, this has an additional side effect of training wrist stability.

A perfect combination along with the matching dumbbell stand

The Taurus Selectabells are best used together with the matching dumbbell stand. It is an ideal team partner for working with the dumbbells. For this purpose, the two cradles are firmly attached to the dumbbell stand. The adjustable dumbbells are shoulder width and slightly angled. This makes them comfortable to pick up.

The two Selectabells are not only good for arms, legs, back, chest and shoulders, they also are extremely attractively designed. This makes dumbbells twice as much fun.

Very good quality, easy to setup and use. Reliable and ergonomic grip. Sometimes when petting the weight back into place you have to wiggle the dumbbell back a little to slide it properly into the rest of the weights but it's a minor issue.

Ich hatte früher immer die klassischen Kurzhanteln mit verschiedenen Gewichtsscheiben, was am Ende immer für Unordnung und Aufräumen nach dem Training geführt hat. Bei den Selectabells bleibt alles an seinem Platz, sie sind super einfach mit einer Hand zu verstellen und sparen so Platz und viele kleine Handgriffe, die bei Scheiben normalerweise nötig sind.

Super Hanteln und vor allem ein geniales System. Dadurch extreme Platzersparnis, da man nicht zig Hantelpaare einzeln benötigt.

Ich habe die Hanteln inkl. Ständer seit Juni 2023 im Einsatz und bin absolut zufrieden. Sie lassen sich schnell und problemlos verstellen. Bisher hatte ich absolut keine Probleme. Wie erhofft ersetzen sie eine Menge Hanteln bzw. Scheiben. Manchmal wäre eine feiner Abstufung toll.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Hanteln. Durch die das einfache verstellen spart man sich Zeit beim verändern des Gewichtes. Gut verarbeitet. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
